About this coffee
Frank Rivas Torres is a Q Grader managing his family's Finca La Indonesia in Narino, Colombia (La Union municipality) at 1,750 meters. His grandfather Marco Antonio Torres was one of the first to grow coffee in La Union more than 80 years ago.
Hydro honey process: the cherries ferment fully submerged in water, 48 hours in whole cherry in sealed tanks, then depulped for about 68 more hours underwater with pH, Brix, and microbial activity monitored throughout.
The roaster's notes are jasmine, honeysuckle, lemon, mandarin orange, raspberry.
