- How do temporary deck unlocks work? When tapping any locked VIP theme deck, you can choose to watch a quick sponsor video to unlock that entire deck for 30 minutes of unlimited play.
- What does the Family Forever Pass include? The one-time Family Forever VIP Pass ($4.99) unlocks all 9 VIP Pro decks, grants unlimited custom cards, and supports Family Sharing.
- I bought the Family Forever Pass but it isn't showing. Open Settings → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore Previous Purchase on the upgrade screen. The pass is tied to your Apple Account and supports Family Sharing.
- Does the app work offline? Core decks and game modes are playable without an internet connection. Ads and vote syncing need a connection when those features are used.
- How do I unlock the Starred Favorites deck? Star 12 cards using the star icon on any card.
- How do ads work? Free players can choose a rewarded video to temporarily unlock a VIP deck, and the app may show occasional full-screen interstitial ads during play. Google AdMob serves contextual, G-rated, non-personalized ads with child-directed treatment.
- What data is used for advertising? Google AdMob may process an IP address or coarse location, device or app signals, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, performance information, and fraud-prevention signals to deliver and measure ads. See our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Is my child's data collected? The app does not require an account or ask for direct identifiers. AdMob still processes limited technical and ad-delivery data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my data? Local game data is deleted when you uninstall the app. Aggregate vote counters are not tied to an account; Google handles AdMob data under its own privacy controls.
